Website usage information is collected using cookies. We will also collect information relating to the personal identification, address, contact details and age verification either online via our website or in our retail premises. We also require financial information for payment processing.

We use your details to process your order and to contact you regarding special offers and useful information. We also use the data for assessment and analysis purposes for marketing, consumer preferences and product analysis to aid with reviewing, developing and improving our services. We may send your details to credit reference and fraud prevention agencies if required. Hemp will not share your information with other companies without informed consent.

Where data is stored

Data is held on our computer system, including a cloud storage for ease of interdepartmental transfer. These files are secure and encrypted (where necessary), and are backed-up on different media. This data will be held for 7 years from the last order or contact from you and is required for our VAT records.


 We may, from time to time, use your contact details to send you news from Hemp, and other information that may be of interest to you. If you have opted in to receive marketing, you may opt out at any time. Please see the Contacting us section for how to do this.

We may also pass on your details for marketing purposes. If you consent to this, please place a tick in the checkbox on your order or registration page
